In accordance with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (Record Keeping Requirements), the site Undress (hereinafter — the «Site») declares the following.
1. Status of the Site
The Site is exclusively an informational directory (catalog), providing links to third-party Telegram bots. The Site is not a «primary producer» or «secondary producer» of sexually explicit materials within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A)–(B), as it does not produce, import, host, distribute, or otherwise control images or content.
2. Non-participation in production
The Site Administration does not hire, engage, or shoot models, does not produce or edit sexually oriented images. All images mentioned or generated by connected third-party services are created and stored on the side of third parties to which links from the Site lead.
3. User obligations
All Users of the catalog, as well as all persons depicted in photographs processed through third-party services, must be over 18 years of age at the time the original photograph was taken. The User confirms that:
- they are 18 years of age or older;
- all persons depicted in the photographs used were 18 years of age or older at the time of shooting;
- if necessary, they have documents confirming the age of the depicted persons and are ready to provide them upon request by law enforcement authorities;
- they have obtained the informed consent of each depicted person (see the Consent Policy).
4. Record-keeping responsibility
The obligation to maintain record-keeping in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 rests with the actual producers of content— third-party Telegram bots and their operators, as well as the User creating or distributing sexually explicit materials. The Site is not the custodian of such records and is not responsible for maintaining them.
5. Minimums
- The Site does not store or request documents identifying the identity or age of models;
- The Site does not accept or process user photographs;
- The Site does not moderate or pre-check content uploaded to third-party services;
- the discovery of content with minors entails the immediate removal of the relevant service from the catalog and a report to the competent authorities.
