Privacy Policy

How the Undress catalog handles data. The Site does not store or process user images.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») defines the procedure for processing and protecting data obtained when using the site Undress (hereinafter — the «Site»). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of the Policy.

1. What data we collect

The Site collects the minimum amount of data necessary for the functioning and improvement of the service:

  • Technical data automatically: IP address (truncated/anonymized), browser type, operating system, entry page, referral source, visit time;
  • Contact form data: name and email address voluntarily provided by the User when submitting an inquiry;
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see section 3.

The Site does not collect or process images, biometric data, or special categories of personal data (health, racial or ethnic origin, etc.).

2. How we use data

  • ensuring the operability and security of the Site;
  • anonymous aggregated analytics of traffic and bot popularity in the catalog;
  • processing User inquiries and requests;
  • responding to link removal and rights violation requests;
  • compliance with applicable legislation.

Data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes and is not used for User profiling.

3. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for:

  • technical purposes (saving interface settings, theme);
  • analytical purposes (anonymous visit statistics).

The User can disable cookies in the browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit the Site's functionality but does not prevent access to it.

Third parties

The Site may use third-party analytical services (e.g., anonymous statistics) that set their own cookies. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Third parties and links to Telegram bots

The Site contains links to third-party Telegram bots. By following a link and using a bot, the User leaves the Site and falls under the respective bot's own privacy policy. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for the processing of data by third-party Telegram bots, including the processing of User images.

5. User rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU) and applicable national data protection laws, the User has the right to:

  • access their personal data;
  • rectify and correct data;
  • erase data («right to be forgotten»);
  • restrict and object to processing;
  • withdraw consent to processing at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (DPA).

To exercise these rights, send a request to via bot. Requests are processed within up to 30 days.

6. Data security

The Administration takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is absolutely reliable, and the Site does not guarantee complete security.

7. Data retention

Technical and analytical data is stored in aggregated (anonymized) form. Data from contact form inquiries is stored until the matter is resolved and no longer than 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If such data is discovered, it is deleted immediately.

9. Changes to the policy

The Administration has the right to change the Policy. The current version is published on this page with the date of update indicated.
