This document (hereinafter — the «Disclaimer») defines the terms and limitations of using the catalog Undress (hereinafter — the «Site»), and establishes the User's responsibility when working with connected third-party services. By using the Site, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accept all conditions of this document.

1. Age restriction 18+

The Site and all services connected to it are intended exclusively for persons who have reached 18 years of age. By visiting the Site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you use it voluntarily. If you are under 18, you must leave the Site immediately.

2. Mandatory consent of the depicted person

The use of AI services to generate images undressing people is permissible only with the informed consent of each depicted person. Using photographs of people without their consent is illegal and may be classified under:

• applicable criminal law on violation of privacy (e.g. Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
• applicable law on violation of correspondence and image secrecy (e.g. Art. 138 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
• applicable law on defamation (when distributing synthesized images);
• GDPR (EU) and national data protection laws — protection of personal data and image of a citizen.

The User bears full civil, administrative, and criminal responsibility for the consequences of using generated images. For details, see the Consent Policy.

3. Role of the Site

The Site Administration is not responsible for the actions of third-party Telegram bots, the quality, accuracy, or lawfulness of the content they generate, or their compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Prohibited uses

It is strictly prohibited to use the catalog or connected services for the following purposes:

• Bullying and harassment — generating and distributing images with the intent to humiliate, blackmail, or coerce;
• Blackmail and extortion (revenge porn, sextortion) — using synthesized images for coercion;
• Harassment and stalking — systematic persecution of the depicted person;
• Minors (ZERO tolerance) — any use regarding persons under 18 years of age;
• Impersonation — presenting a synthesized image as real with intent to deceive;
• Commercial use of images of third parties without consent;
• Distribution without consent — publishing generated images without the depicted person's permission.

5. User responsibility

By uploading a photograph to any connected service via the Site's links, the User confirms that:

• they hold all rights to the original image or have obtained proper permission from the rights holder;
• they have obtained the informed consent of each depicted person to process and generate derivative images;
• all depicted persons were 18 years of age or older at the time the original photograph was taken;
• they are aware that generated images are synthetic and may be misleading;
• they assume full responsibility for any consequences of using the generated materials.

6. No warranties

AI services generate synthetic (fake) images. The results of the algorithms may be inaccurate, distorted, or misleading. The Site gives no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or fitness of the generated images. The User uses such results at their own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site Administration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of the Site or connected services, including, but not limited to, loss of data, reputational damage, moral harm, and violation of privacy.

8. Takedown requests

If you discover that your image or other protected rights have been violated through services listed in the catalog, send a takedown request to via bot. Requests are processed in accordance with the DMCA procedure and applicable Russian legislation.
